serving delivery needs cleaning


Protocol for Kitchen Assistants

 

  • Arrive at scheduled time
  • Wash hands immediately
  • Wear apron, hairnet or tight pony-tail, and gloves (if have fake or polished nails)
  • Close-toed shoes must be worn – no flip flops!
  • Receive instructions from Melissa or one in charge
  • Before leaving, make sure serving crew is not overwhelmed with dishes
  • Please wash dishes you have dirtied (plastics have to air dry for 24 hours, but you may towel dry stainless steel items
  • Wash down & sweep any messes you have made
  • Make sure equipment that is not being used is turned off
  • Make sure refrigerator and freezer are shut properly
  • Sign time sheet
